Fruit Pizza
Ingredients
- ½ Whole wheat English muffin
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut or sunflower seed butter
- 1 banana
- Blueberries/raspberries/blackberries/sliced strawberries
- 1 Tbsp. of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt and peanut butter or nut butter of your preference until smooth.
- Spread the mixture over English muffin.
- Top with sliced fruit and shredded coconut
