Ingredients
  

  • ½ Whole wheat English muffin
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut or sunflower seed butter
  • 1 banana
  • Blueberries/raspberries/blackberries/sliced strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt and peanut butter or nut butter of your preference until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture over English muffin.
  • Top with sliced fruit and shredded coconut
