Volunteers are needed to inspect, sort and package donations. During times of crisis, volunteers are essential in Houston Food Bank’s efforts to distribute food and in supporting the community. Volunteer shifts are available seven days a week unless noted as closed. Children are welcomed to volunteer with a parent or adult. Remember to hydrate before and during the shifts. Water fountains and water stations can be found throughout Houston Food Bank. Please take a break to hydrate as often as needed.
