The procurement function operates under the Office of the Chief Program Officer at 535 Portwall, Houston TX 77029. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

The Houston Food Bank is securing bids for on-site fuel services for a one-year contract from November 2018 – November 2019. Fuel will be delivered to 535 Portwall, Houston, TX 77029 and 8353 1-10 East, Houston, TX 77029. Bids will be received until 5:00 PM on Monday, November 12th and opened at 10:30AM on Tuesday, November 13th at 535 Portwall St, Houston, TX 77029.
