Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup strawberries frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup raspberries frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond or reduced fat dairy milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until all ingredients combine to form one, even consistency.
  • Enjoy!
