Stovetop Potatoes and Onions
Ingredients
- 1 bag of baby potatoes with skin
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 large onion chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsps. olive or canola oil
Instructions
- Chop onions, mince garlic. Set aside.
- Wash potatoes and boil with them whole until tender. About 10 minutes. Drain.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook onions until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add potatoes and toss in the hot oil until golden brown. Turn off the heat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Optional: Add fresh herbs at the end of cooking for extra flavor
