Lemon Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ onion diced
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • ¼ apple diced
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsps. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Chop the apple, carrot, onion, and celery stalks, and add to a mixing bowl.
  • Drain tuna and add it to the bowl.
  • Add ¼ cup of Greek yogurt, spices, and lemon.
  • Mix well and serve! Goes well with whole wheat crackers, bread, pita, etc
