plain Greek yogurt

onion
diced

carrot
chopped

apple
diced

celery stalks
chopped

garlic powder

tsp.
black pepper

Tbsps.
lemon juice

tsp.
onion powder
½
tsp.
garlic powder
Instructions
Chop the apple, carrot, onion, and celery stalks, and add to a mixing bowl.
Drain tuna and add it to the bowl.
Add ¼ cup of Greek yogurt, spices, and lemon.
Mix well and serve! Goes well with whole wheat crackers, bread, pita, etc
