Kale and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. of 100% apple juice
  • 3-4 large kale leaves stem removed
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cups of ice

Instructions
 

  • Add the apple juice to the blender first.
  • Tear the kale leaves and add to the blender.
  • Peel the bananas and add them in chunks to the blender.
  • Top smoothie with ice.
  • Blend until smooth. Serve right away.
