Kale and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

oz.
of 100% apple juice
3-4
large kale leaves
stem removed
3
bananas
2
cups
of ice
Instructions
Add the apple juice to the blender first.
Tear the kale leaves and add to the blender.
Peel the bananas and add them in chunks to the blender.
Top smoothie with ice.
Blend until smooth. Serve right away.
