Fruit Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low-fat cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. honey

Instructions
 

  • Use a blender to mix cream cheese, nonfat vanilla yogurt, banana, honey, and cinnamon.
  • Serve with cut-up fresh bananas, or any other fresh fruit such as grapes, or strawberries.
