Fruit Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cream cheese softened
- ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. honey
Instructions
- Use a blender to mix cream cheese, nonfat vanilla yogurt, banana, honey, and cinnamon.
- Serve with cut-up fresh bananas, or any other fresh fruit such as grapes, or strawberries.
