Ingredients
1 cup low-fat cream cheese
softened
½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. honey
Instructions
Use a blender to mix cream cheese, nonfat vanilla yogurt, banana, honey, and cinnamon.
Serve with cut-up fresh bananas, or any other fresh fruit such as grapes, or strawberries.
