Banana Pudding in a Bag

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of granola
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of applesauce

Instructions
 

  • Place granola inside a large Ziploc bag and close it. Gently crush the granola and set aside.
  • Peel bananas, break them up with your fingers and place it inside the granola bag.
  • Measure out the yogurt, applesauce and cinnamon. Add them to the bag.
  • Close the bag and mash the mixture together with your hands.
  • Chill the mixture inside the bag until ready to serve.

Notes

Prepare the pudding close to serving time to prevent the banana from browning
