Nutrition Education & Health Promotion at the Houston Food Bank

All individuals working directly with the public in distributing USDA foods must take the course. You may  complete it individually or as a group. When you successfully pass the quiz, you will be able to print or save the certificate. If multiple individuals choose to take this course independently, they must provide a copy of their certificate to the pantry director, which must be kept on file. If taken as a group, you must  have a sign in sheet, with the date of the training. This sign-in sheet must be kept on file. Training must be completed within 30 days of partnership approval.

2. Click on “Register” to create an account and complete your civil rights training course.

3. Complete the presented registration fields.

4. Once registered, you have the option to take the course in English or Spanish.

5. Ensure you save a copy of your training certificate and provide it to your CPL.
