The Way Home Coordinated Access
Coordinated Access is a centralized or collaborative process designed to coordinate program participant intake, assessments, and referrals to housing and/or income.

Backpack BuddyĀ 
Partnership with participating schools, school district delivery sites and other community partners ensure that the food sacks are distributed to children every Friday during the school year.Ā 

Community Resource Center
Appointment-based curbside food pick up and additional assistance to help community members achieve long-term stability.

Food For Change
Food for Change is an innovative strategy that goes beyond emergency food assistance to address the root causes of hunger.Ā 

          • Food Scholarship
            Food scholarship recipients receive groceries twice each month, through designated Food for Change Markets,
            when they commit to programs that can improve their lives.Ā 
          • Food Rx
            Clients redeem their food prescription (Food Rx) twice a month at Food for Change Markets when referred by a designated Healthcare Partner or commit to a Community Health Program.
          • Core Connections Network
            An 8-week self-management educational program for chronic conditions that will empower individuals with skills to actively embrace healthy choices.Ā 

Kids Cafe
The Kids Cafe program partners with various community sites to provide free meals and snacks to low-income children.Ā 

Nutrition Education
Classes in nutrition, food safety, meal preparation and budgeting taught in collaboration with community organizations and partners.

Red Barrels
Red Barrels offer a convenient way for grocery shoppers to donate nonperishables to their neighbors in need through nearby food pantries.

School Markets
Alleviating child and teen hunger by providing food to students and their families at middle and high schools.

Senior Box Program
The Senior Box Program distributes food from to income-eligible seniors (60+).

Teachers Aid
Providing school supplies for teachers in low income schools.
