For the National Association of Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger evnet, letter carriers across the country head out on their routes on the second Saturday in May to collect donations of non-perishable food items to benefit local food pantries. To celebrate the start of this food drive there will be a kick-off event at the Windmill Post Office, 9898 Almeda Genoa Rd. Houston, TX 77075 on April 30 from 9am – 12pm.
