In a galaxy far, far away, volunteers will gather to Feed the Force by participating in the Houston Food Bank’s “May the 4th Be With You” event. This special event will consist of a short volunteer shift followed by special Star Wars activities.

The Star Wars Enthusiasts of Houston will host a Jedi Training Session to teach volunteers how to build their own lightsaber out of water noodles and teach a few lightsaber moves to help volunteers fight against the dark side. The event will also consist of Star Wars Trivia and will feature character appearances such as the beloved Princess Leia.

Volunteers are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Star Wars character, bring their own water noodle and donate 4 canned goods.
