Harris Health Wellness Fair

Harris Health Hosts Free Wellness Fair for Families and Futures

April 26 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Harris Health El Franco Lee Health Center will hosts a free Health & Wellness Fair. There will be food and drinks, as well as games and give-aways.

Health Screenings for –

  • Blood Pressure
  • Dental
  • Mammograms*
  • Cervical Cancer / HPV
  • Glucose
  • Vision

Financial Assistance

Appointments needed for free cervical cancer, HPV and mammogram screenings. Call 281-454-0913 today to schedule

* To receive a mammogram you must meet the following requirements: Harris County resident, female, 40-60 years of age, no benefits (insurance, etc.) that will pay for your mammogram, no abnormalities with breast (lump, dimpling, history of breast cancer) and must not be a current Harris Health patient.

** Immunizations are only for eligible children, based on Texas Vaccines for Children Program guidelines. Children receiving a vaccine must meet one of these requirements: 18 years of age or younger, American Indian or Alaskan native, enrolled in Medicaid or does not have health insurance.

Houston Food Bank will be on-site to distribute free food while supplies last. Participants must fill out an intake form before receiving food.
