AIT’s Community Leadership Program is a half-day, free, nonpartisan, fun and interactive event where local community organizations and women engage in civic education trainings, and develop leadership skills.

- Recognized speakers from local and national organizations working for women empowerment and civic engagement

- Free breakfast, lunch and childcare, transportation can be arranged*
- A raffle and small gifts for participants

We want to ensure all who are interested are able to attend. We provide free wrap-around services including: childcare, transportation, lunch, interpretation, legal/social/emotional health services
