Hurricane Season Resources

Take time to review, update, and print out your family’s Disaster Plan ahead of hurricane season. It starts June 1st and continues through November 30th, 2025!

Prepare for hurricane season by completing a Disaster Preparedness Plan with your loved ones. The Office of Emergency Management has created a guide to make the process simple! After finalizing your plan, be sure to print it out and keep it accessible in a waterproof location in the event of power outages or flooding during a storm. Remember to update all members of your household about your plan to stay safe this hurricane season!
