Have you ever wondered what your body is really trying to tell you when it comes to food? This is what Intuitive Eating is all about! Intuitive eating (IE) is an approach that focuses on tuning into our bodies’ hunger and fullness cues to guide our eating habits- because we are the experts of our own bodies! Our bodies can tell us when to eat, what to eat, and how much to eat as well as how the food makes us feel, both physically and emotionally. For more information about intuitive eating, click here.
