Lemon Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ onion diced
- 1 carrot chopped
- ¼ apple diced
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsps. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Chop the apple, carrot, onion, and celery stalks, and add to a mixing bowl.
- Drain tuna and add it to the bowl.
- Add ¼ cup of Greek yogurt, spices, and lemon.
- Mix well and serve! Goes well with whole wheat crackers, bread, pita, etc
