State benefit programs are available to help support families during times of food insecurity. If you’re facing financial challenges, other areas can also affect your life. Our Navigators are trained and will treat you with dignity and confidentiality.

Houston Area Ryan White Planning Council – Blue Book: A Houston-area HIV resource guide providing information about services in the Greater Houston Area for persons living with HIV.

Harris County Community Services Department: Emergency assistance list. It is recommended to call each agency to verify availability of funds and eligibility requirements.

Harris County Community Support Resources: The COVID-19 pandemic impacted communities, resulting in financial hardships, food insecurity, isolation, and more. This resource provides helpful assistance materials for those seeking support.

St. Vincent de Paul Legal Aid Resources: A resource for neighbors or friends in temporary need due to job loss, illness, or emergency situations.

Coalition for the Homeless – Help Card: A directory of services supporting homeless or newly housed individuals. This directory is available online only.

The Way Home Coordinated Access: A centralized system that coordinates intake, assessment, and referrals to housing and income support programs.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
