Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of orange segments sliced
  • 2 cups grapes washed and cut in half
  • 1 cup watermelon cut in chunks
  • 1 cup canned pears in 100% juice drained – Fresh juice from 1 orange
  • 1 tsp. of honey or agave
  • Chopped or torn fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Peel oranges and separate into segments.
  • Slice the orange segments, cut grapes in half, cut watermelon in chunks, and set aside in a bowl.
  • Add the drained pears to the bowl and toss ingredients together.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the orange juice with the honey or agave. Set aside.
  • Tear or cut the fresh mint into strips and toss with the salad.
  • Drizzle the salad with enough vinaigrette to coat lightly and toss well.
  • Serve cold or at room temperature.
  • Enjoy!
