RECIPE: Fruit Salad

Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cup orange segments sliced
- 2 cup grapes washed and cut in half
- 1 cup watermelon cut in chunks
- 1 cup canned pears in 100% juice drained – Fresh juice from 1 orange
- 1 tsp honey or agave
- fresh mint chopped or torn
Instructions
- Peel oranges and separate into segments.
- Slice the orange segments, cut grapes in half, cut watermelon in chunks, and set aside in a bowl.
- Add the drained pears to the bowl and toss ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the orange juice with the honey or agave. Set aside.
- Tear or cut the fresh mint into strips and toss with the salad.
- Drizzle the salad with enough vinaigrette to coat lightly and toss well.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
- Enjoy!
