Apple and Cheddar Cheese Whole Wheat Quesadilla

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • - 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • - 4-5 thinly sliced Granny Smith apple
  • - 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • - 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • - 4-5 thinly sliced Granny Smith apple

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle 2 Tbsps. cheddar cheese over 1/2 of the tortilla.
  • Arrange apple slices barely overlapping on top of cheese.
  • Sprinkle 2 Tbsps. of cheese over apple slices.
  • Fold tortilla in half.
  • Place quesadilla in skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Gently flip once, until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown. (2-3 min per side)
