Apple and Cheddar Cheese Whole Wheat Quesadilla

Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 4-5 thinly sliced Granny Smith apple
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 4-5 thinly sliced Granny Smith apple
Instructions
Sprinkle 2 Tbsps. cheddar cheese over 1/2 of the tortilla.
Arrange apple slices barely overlapping on top of cheese.
Sprinkle 2 Tbsps. of cheese over apple slices.
Fold tortilla in half.
Place quesadilla in skillet over medium-high heat.
Gently flip once, until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown. (2-3 min per side)
