Heat skillet over medium-heat. Add turkey and brown.
Add chopped veggies, beans, canned tomatoes, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to skillet. Stir well.
Reduce heat to medium. Cook until thickened, about 4-7 minutes. Once thickened, sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese over the top of the dish, melting cheese before serving.
