Mango Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- - ½ cup frozen mango
- - ½ ripe banana chopped
- - ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- - ¼ cup nonfat milk
- - ¼ cup oats
- - 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
