Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup onion diced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ tsp dill
  • ½ lemon squeezed
  • ½ tsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp dry non-fat milk
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut bell pepper, onion, and garlic and sauté with 1 Tbsp oil until soft. Allow to cool completely.
  • In a bowl, combine all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Mix in sautéed vegetables.
  • Cut vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, cauliflower, or celery to dip.
  • Enjoy!
