Dressing: in a small bowl, squeeze the juice of 1 lime, add olive oil and cumin.
Whisk the ingredients together and set aside.
In a big bowl, add chickpeas, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and cilantro.
Pour the dressing on top and mix it all together.
Let it stand for 5 min to let the flavors develop.
