Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1½ cups sliced ripe banana, approximately 3 bananas
- 1½ cups frozen strawberries partially thawed
- 1½ cups soft silken tofu drained (about 3 ounces)
- 1½ cups low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth. Add more water to thin smoothie, as needed.
- Enjoy!
