Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • cups sliced ripe banana, approximately 3 bananas
  • cups frozen strawberries partially thawed
  • cups soft silken tofu drained (about 3 ounces)
  • cups low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Process until smooth. Add more water to thin smoothie, as needed.
  • Enjoy!
