Ingredients
  

  • ½ small banana mashed
  • ¼ cup oats raw
  • 2 Tbsps. plain low-fat yogurt
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsps. low-fat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a container.
  • Refrigerate overnight and enjoy as a grab and go breakfast in the morning.
