lemon squeezed

dry non-fat milk

black pepper

plain Greek yogurt
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Cut bell pepper, onion, and garlic and sauté with 1 Tbsp oil until soft. Allow to cool completely.
In a bowl, combine all other ingredients and mix well.
Mix in sautéed vegetables.
Cut vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, cauliflower, or celery to dip.
