DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, September 16th is National Voter Registration Day! \nAt HFB\, we care about having your voice heard\, and we are proud to provide the opportunity for you to register to vote on National Voter Registration Day! \nThe Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector will be at Portwall in the lobby on Tuesday\, 9/16 from 10am to 1pm registering people to vote!  If you live in Harris County\, all you need is some form of ID (Driver’s License #\, State ID #\, OR last four digits of your social security #). \nYou are eligible to register to vote if: \n\nYou are a United States citizen;\nYou are a resident of the county where you submit the application;\nYou are at least 17 years and 10 months old on the date your voter registration application is submitted\, and you are 18 years of age on Election Day.\nYou are not a convicted felon (you may be eligible to vote if you have completed your sentence\, probation\, and parole); and\nYou have not been declared by a court exercising probate jurisdiction to be either totally mentally incapacitated or partially mentally incapacitated without the right to vote.
