Tomato Basil Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 slices low sodium mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsps. olive oil
  • Fresh basil to sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Spread olive oil on the outsides of the two pieces of wheat bread.
  • Cut 2 slices of mozzarella cheese and place on the 1st piece of bread.
  • Slice the large tomato and place on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle basil on top of the tomatoes and top the sandwich with the 2nd piece of bread.
  • Cook on the griddle/stove pan until browned and the cheese has melted, flip when half way done.
  • Enjoy!
