Volunteer with the Houston Food Bank

Volunteer at your local HEB or Kroger store February 4th and 5th to support Souper Bowl of Caring. Visit the Souper Bowl of Caring Houston Store list to sign up and for more information contact Anya Gersib at 713-547-8634.

The Houston Food Bank utilizes volunteers six days a week in two locations throughout the city - Main Warehouse and Keegan Kitchen. Volunteer support is critical to our mission of leading the fight against hunger! Whether you come out as an individual or part of a large group, we are certain you will have an enjoyable, positive experience.

Want to bring a friend? Micro groups between 1 to 4 individuals may volunteer together.

Groups

Do you have a group of 5 or more?

The Houston Food Bank has group projects for you.

Corporate, faith based, school, family or civic groups can volunteer at the Houston Food Bank.

Court Appointed

Do you need to complete Court Appointed community Service?

You can do community service hours at the Houston Food Bank.

Court Appointed volunteers will be given specific work.

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays Only:                 6:00p.m. – 9:00p.m.

Sunday: Closed
Monday-Saturday: 8:00AM – 12:00p.m. and 1:00p.m. – 4:00p.m.
