Eighteenth Annual Chefs' Dinner

It was a great year at the 17th Annual Chefs’ Dinner held on April 18, 2017 at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa. A big thank you to our chairs, Scott and Soraya McClelland, all attendees, The Houstonian, and the participating chefs. The event raised over $270,000 and will provide 810,000 meals to help our neighbors in need.
This year’s Chefs' Dinner featured a multi-course dinner prepared by several of the finest chefs in Houston. For 800,000 Houstonians each year, however, fine dining is something much simpler, though no less appreciated - a meal made from food provided by Houston Food Bank partner agencies. While their meals may not be fancy, they are wholesome and provide essential nutrients to the families and individuals who receive them.
